Small group coaching can take place at your company location or in the form of a “Success Club”.

At Your Company:
Programs are created to address specific individual, departmental and/or company-wide requirements:

• Goals are determined with business owner(s) and key personnel
• Custom programs are developed and executed according to a mutually agreed upon schedule
• Return on investment is determined and measured
• Includes one-on-one, departmental and/or company-wide coaching

Success Clubs:
Professionals from various companies meet together on a regular basis to both learn and share from their own business experiences.
These meetings include:

• Group coaching on critical business strategies
